At Massage 250 the focus is our people; the people who treat and those who are treated. Connect to our clinic’s environment, experienced therapists, and most importantly yourself. We commit to helping your body move in ease and your mind remain grounded in today’s constant demands. So come on in, we’ve got your back.

Brittany Harrison, RMT & OWNER

Prior to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist and owner of Massage 250, Brittany spent her time in cold Alberta ice rinks training as a figure skater and working professionally at an international level. Before traveling abroad Brittany earned an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy from the Alberta Institute of Massage and after returning to Canada earned a bachelors degree in Business Communications. Despite her academic backgrounds seeming unrelated, Brittany saw an opportunity to create a healthcare community where clients are not only treated with the best evidence-based methods, but those methods are communicated in a way that empowers clients to gain insight into their own health. 13 years into massage therapy and in her second year of ownership in Kelowna, Brittany’s two worlds of health and communication are expressed together in Massage 250.

Brittany personalizes each treatment by employing numerous modalities into her practice including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue applications, and her always popular scalp and face massage.

Brittany is available Monday-Friday 900am-500pm. When you don’t find Brittany in her treatment room she can be found improving her practice on the yoga mat, attending barre classes, spinning on her Peloton, or working on her post-baccalaureate. She is a seeker of health, happiness, and Thai food.

2021’s Intention: Empower my client’s to be their best health advocates.

Tenielle Schmid, Massage Specialist

In 2016 Tenielle started her journey towards massage therapy in Edmonton at MH Vickers School of Massage Therapy. Healthcare and more specifically, massage therapy always called to Tenielle as she strived to work in a relaxing environment to help patients feel relieved of their pains and stresses while treating the body in a purposeful, holistic manner. After graduating in 2018, Tenielle began working in Edmonton as an RMT and has since relocated to Kelowna and is awaiting writing her board examination to become registered in the province of British Columbia. Tenielle currently works under the tile of ‘Massage Specialist’ and currently cannot provide insurance receipts.

Tenielle is available Tuesdays and Thursdays noon to 630pm. When you don’t find Tenielle in her treatment room summers are spent paddle boarding and enjoying the Okanagan’s many beaches, while winters are spent snowboarding or watching the Office with her husband and cats. She is a seeker of faith, connection, and serving others.
