Britta graduated from the Alberta Institute of Massage in Red Deer in 2008 and went on to further her education at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon. With 17 years of professional experience, she feels confident treating a wide range of clients and conditions. Britta is particularly known for her excellent sense of pressure regulation—whether clients need gentle, restorative techniques or deep tissue work, she tailors each session to their individual needs.
She is an evidence-based Registered Massage Therapist, a proud member of the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia (CMTBC), and the owner of Massage 250, a clinic recognized with Best of Kelowna awards. In addition to her massage training, Britta also holds a degree in Communications and Public Relations, which strengthens her ability to connect with clients and foster a supportive, collaborative approach to care.
Before beginning her career in massage therapy, Britta grew up as an ice dancer in central Alberta and traveled internationally with Disney on Ice. This unique background gave her a deep appreciation for the connection between movement, recovery, and performance—insights that continue to influence her therapeutic philosophy today.
Outside the clinic, Britta enjoys spending time with her dog Rotini, taking heated HIIT classes, studying Spanish, and learning Salsa and Kizomba. She is also a passionate advocate for mental health, recognizing the profound connection between emotional well-being and physical health. Britta believes that true healing is holistic—when the mind is supported, the body is better able to recover, adapt, and thrive.
Brittany is an amazing Massage Therapist! She truly cares about her clients. She knows massage, and asks questions; adjusting care according to our needs! She was even great with our daughters. They always enjoyed their massages, and always felt comfortable. Thank you Brittany! We sure do miss having you in Calgary!

Brittany is an excellent Massage Therapist. She is helping me resolve issues with tight IT bands and general stiffness from sedentary work. I highly recommend Brittany for therapeutic massage.

Honestly the best massages I’ve ever received. Brittany’s extensive knowledge of the body and years of study show. I wasn’t always able to accurately describe what exactly was bugging me but, after explaining the situations of how I got myself in to such messes she knew which areas to focus on to provide relief. She recommends stretching and exercises to provide long term relief, not just a quick fix. On my search for a new RMT in the US I have yet to find anyone who even comes close to a massage from Brittany.

Brittany is one of the best RMT I have come across. She knows her work and is friendly yet professional in the sessions. I would recommend Brittany any day. 5 out 5 stars and thumbs up!

Brittany is an amazing massage therapist! She would also go into detail what she noticed in my body afterwards, areas of tightness, etc. She would give exercises to work on at home. She goes above and beyond what is expected. Her expertise and passion for the area shines through.

Brittany is a fantastic massage therapist! Her understanding of body mechanics gives her a huge advantage and she has always been able to pinpoint not just the sore spots but the underlying issues. She is a rare find and although I’m devastated she isn’t in Calgary anymore, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Great therapist. I recommend Brittany. She will get to the heart of your issues and find those things you didn’t even know hurt.

Brittany was my go to before she left us. I’ve been a regular of hers for years. Let me tell you that says alot: I have major commitment issues and since she’s left I’ve been on the hunt for someone else. She’s helped me before, during, and after the birth of my first child. She was one of the first people to know I was pregnant and one of my first priorities after delivery. She accurately predicted where exactly on my back I would have pain after the baby, with all the feeding and rocking, and was able to help immensely with my recovery. In short, I miss Brittany. You guys are lucky to have her!
