Our RMTs provide direct billing for clients with private health insurance under the following providers. This list is not all-inclusive. If your private healthcare provider is not listed, please contact the studio prior to your first session to inquire.
Please note some plans listed do not allow for direct billing and this knowledge is the responsibility of the client – RMTs are unable to call private health providers on behalf of clients. In the event you do not have 100% coverage you will be responsible for the amount owing at the time of service. If you feel there is a discrepancy in the amount covered by your private health insurance, we kindly ask you address this with your private insurer. Other circumstances where you may be required to pay directly include your providers submission portal is down or you have booked with a new RMT who is not yet aligned with your insurers portal. If this occurs, please submit your electronic invoice for reimbursement.
We kindly ask you complete the required insurance form prior to your first session for admin to submit coverage on your behalf. Should this form not be completed prior to your first session full payment is required and an electronic invoice will be provided to you for submission. Please note, Massage Specialists are not eligible to write insurance receipts.
Brittany is an amazing Massage Therapist! She truly cares about her clients. She knows massage, and asks questions; adjusting care according to our needs! She was even great with our daughters. Honestly the best massages I’ve ever received. Brittany’s extensive knowledge of the body and years of study show. I wasn’t always able to accurately describe what exactly was bugging me but, after explaining the situations of how I got myself in to such messes she knew which areas to focus on to provide relief. She recommends stretching and exercises to provide long term relief, not just a quick fix. On my search for a new RMT in the US I have yet to find anyone who even comes close to a massage from Brittany.

Brittany is an amazing massage therapist! She would also go into detail what she noticed in my body afterwards, areas of tightness, etc. She would give exercises to work on at home. She goes above and beyond what is expected. Her expertise and passion for the area shines through.
Brittany is a fantastic massage therapist! Her understanding of body mechanics gives her a huge advantage and she has always been able to pinpoint not just the sore spots but the underlying issues. She is a rare find and although I’m devastated she isn’t in Calgary anymore, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Brittany was my go to before she left us. I’ve been a regular of hers for years. Let me tell you that says alot: I have major commitment issues and since she’s left I’ve been on the hunt for someone else. She’s helped me before, during, and after the birth of my first child. She was one of the first people to know I was pregnant and one of my first priorities after delivery. She accurately predicted where exactly on my back I would have pain after the baby, with all the feeding and rocking, and was able to help immensely with my recovery. In short, I miss Brittany. You guys are lucky to have her!
