Missed/Canceled Appointment Policy:

Please note RMTs only get paid when they deliver treatment. Consequently, missed appointments are costly and prevent us from providing treatment to other clients. Our policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 70% of the cost of the session as booked. Please note all clients are automatically signed up for text and email reminders 48 hours prior to their appointment. Should you unsubscribe from these reminders we are relying on you to organize your appointments accordingly. Note: We recognize that no one is perfect and there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.); your RMT may make an exception to the above policy on those rare occasions.

Direct Billing Policy:

Please be familiar with your insurance plan as RMTs do not have access to your plan details. In the event you do not have 100% coverage you will be responsible for paying the difference at the time of your appointment. If you feel there is a discrepancy with the coverage your insurance company has provided we kindly ask you address this with your private insurer. Other circumstances where you may need to pay directly include: your insurance company’s submission portal is down or you have booked with a new RMT who is not yet aligned with your insurers portal. If this occurs, please submit your electronic invoice to your insurer for reimbursement.
